CBFO Service Packages generally comprises four different service levels for private family office clients, detailed below.
Individual Service Plan offers general home and office administration, including assistance with all local and relevant international paperwork, correspondence, filings, mail collection, travel arrangements, practical assistance with all daily administrative functions. The service also includes our “Problem Sounding Board" for all legal, practical and general problems. Bookkeeping as well as local relevant international tax compliance and any other requirements can also be added to the above.Services are available Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm CET excluding Swiss bank holidays.
Designed for family groups, the Family Service Plan includes general home and office administration, including assistance with all local and relevant international paperwork, correspondence, filings, mail collection, travel arrangements and practical assistance with all daily administrative functions.
The service also includes our “Problem Sounding Board" for all legal, practical and general problems. Bookkeeping, compliance and administration of all Swiss legal entities, including monitoring of independent financial advisors and bank(s), asset management services on a monthly or quarterly basis, including reporting on all aspects of the performance, including actual costs compared to industry best benchmark prices. Services are available Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm CET, excluding Swiss bank holidays.

Additionally, the Service Plan includes advice on private equity and other investments, provision of board members and introduction to international specialists in global private equity and corporate finance networks, including lawyers and other specialists and advisors. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week including discretionary personal meetings as required.

Carte Blanche clients can also benefit from debt and equity fundraising services, co-investment and direct investment opportunities across sectors and geographies. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week including discretionary meetings as required.
